Stainless steel air shower for clean room is a kind of partial clean equipment with rather strong universality and is installed at the partition between the clean and non-clean rooms.
Personnel dust decontamination & clothes cleaning air shower room is an individual cabinet with high pressure of air to clean up dust and decontaminate clothes of personnel.
It's a quick and effective way without exposing the personnel, or the work environment to elevated dust levels.
Once clothes become contaminated, they are a constant source of respirable dust until cleaned.
Wearing or taking these dusty clothes home to be cleaned also exposes the person washing these clothes to unsafe levels of respirable dust.
Personnel, without removing the clothing, can step into the specially designed air shower room and within several seconds have almost all visible traces of dust removed from his/her clothing.
This eliminates their exposure to this dust hazard.
After personnel complete the cleaning cycle, then they exit into a non-contaminated area without recontaminating themselves or the clean area.
Its used for the personnel or matters to shower before entering the clean area.
After using it, the dust could effectively be reduced to enter the clean area and maintain the normal working status.
