High speed air velocity from jet nozzles, air showers remove the dust particles of contamination from people and goods before they enter a clean room, reducing or eliminating the dust into clean room, to make sure the high cleanliness, there the product workshop make high quality product.

How Does Clean Room Air Shower Work?

Install air shower on the position where is required, it must be on the flatly floor, and plug in the power, the indicator red light will be lighting. Below steps please check:

1. People open the entrance door, enter air shower and close the door, two doors will be interlocked, the human voice prompt will be working , then photo-electric sensor will be reacted by people walk in.

• The blower fan is working, and airflow will purified from HEPA filter, then pressed from diameter 32mm of nozzles, with high speed air velocity up to 22m/s to remove the dust from people. The shower time will count down when it is blowing.
• After blowing, you can open the exit door, and go into clean room, then exit door will be closed automatically by door closer.

• Exit door will be closed. The progress will be reset in original state.

For clean room, there is a passage for worker to exit clean room, so people don’t need to exit clean room via air shower.

However, some clean room, to save the cost, the people have to exit clean room via air shower, if this, people need to open exit door and enter air shower, but no blowing in air shower, then go out.

How to Choose the Air Shower ?

When you select a clean room air shower for your requirement, you need consider many factors.

1. The air shower should be modular, therefore is is easy for dissembled, packed, shipped and assembled.

• The material for air shower’s cabinet, powder coated steel or stainless steel.

If require high quality, it need to choose stainless steel, like food factory.

• Doors type: Swing door, auto sliding door, or high speed shutter door, for personal air shower, usually customer choose swing door, for small cargo air shower, people would like automatic sliding doors, for large cargo air shower, like width >2000mm, and high >2000mm, it is better to choose high speed shutter doors.

Door materials: Stainless steel swing door or aluminum swing doors are both for powder coated steel air shower, stainless steel swing doors is for stainless steel swing door.

• Blower fan should be high airflow, so high air velocity will be from nozzles, then ensure remove dust effectively

• Recirculating filtration system: G3 primary filter and H13 HEPA filter

• Numbers of nozzles, usually, 6 nozzles for Depth 1000mm each side, however, if high requirement, you can choose 6 nozzles, even, you can add the nozzle on the top.
