Description:

Air Shower Tunnel provide a rapid, effective means to reduce dust contamination from individuals' clothing when entering or leaving a controlled area.

Air Shower Tunnels are protected passageways that allow large numbers of personnel to rapidly transit into controlled areas.

Air Showers and Tunnels supply high volumes of recirculated, dust free, air to lift contaminants from personnel, while they stand, or walk through the specially constructed chamber.

Air flows through pressurized directional nozzles at velocities up to 10,000 feet per minute.

The clean, dust free, high velocity air provides efficient scrubbing action to remove particulates from work clothes and protective equipment.

The contaminants are directed downwards through the grilles and hollow walls of the Air Shower and then is filtered through HEPA filters and recirculated.

Features:

1. The control system run automatically by photoelectric sensor, the two door are electric interlocked.

(One door in open state, the other door must in close state. When people enter air shower, the system will

shower automatically by photoelectric sensor)

2. Air shower time from 1 to 99 seconds which can be adjustable

Testing in factory:

All of equipment will be individually tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards before shipment.

Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.

Warranty:

The warranty of our equipment is for 1 year, but excluding consumable parts and accessories.
